Design Manager Manchester Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum plus package Liaising with architects and main contractors while providing technical support and value engineering on behalf of a leading drylining contractor. Key Benefits Basic salary of £45 -50,000 per annum Car allowance 28 days annual leave including bank holidays Company pension scheme Company laptop and phone Role and Responsibilities Lead the design process for a specialist drylining contractor Liaise with architects and main contracts regarding the design / specification of products Attend design meetings Offer value engineering providing technical support About the Company Established and growing drylining contractor who work on commercial and high-rise residential projects Excellent order book working for tier 1 and tier 2 main contractors Medium sized contractor Required Knowledge and Experience Previous experience working as a design manager within construction A good eye for detail and strong communicator Organised and professional Able to work autonomously and as part of a team Degree or HND within construction preferred Application Process To apply, submit your CV online.
