Having recently won a -60m+ mixed use project in East London, we are looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to focus on a residential apartment scheme, comprising 8 storeys of RC frame construction. Ultimately, you will be involved from inception, adding value to the key design stages to attain Gateway 2 submission and approval, before taking the project to delivery and ultimately completion. The ideal candidate will come from a main contracting background with residential project experience, who can bring drive, dynamism and the ability to challenge consultants on what will be a flagship project for the business, and a client who have future projects to deliver on a similar scale.
