The RoleThe Design Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kegworth, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees the design process from early concept through construction, coordinating internal teams, external design consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design information is accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements. The Design Manager reviews drawings and specifications, manages design changes, and supports value engineering while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
