Knowledge of Building Sector.Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, DandB Coordinator, DandB Manager, Design Manager. -Architecture or Design Engineering backgrounds also considered.Previous experience on Data Centre projects is essential.Role will involve a mix of Tender stage and live works dutiesIdeally previous Main Contractor employment.High level of communication skills.Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide.Remuneration
