(Design Manager) - Position Overview Our client, a well - established construction company based in Dunston area is looking to recruit an experienced Design ManagerAs a Design Manager, you will play a key role within the Design Department, taking responsibility for managing individual construction schemes. Your primary focus will be coordinating all technical information between external consultants and internal departments, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standards.You will support multiple operating companies, including Structural and Civil Engineering, Construction, Building Services, and Facilities Management, contributing to design coordination, structural detailing, architectural support, and quality assuranceRemunerationSalary: 65,000 - 70,000 (dependent on experience)Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (Earlier finish on a Friday)25 days leave (in addition to public holidays), plus an additional birthday bonusSalary Sacrifice Pension SchemeDeath in Service BenefitProfit Share SchemeCycle to Work SchemeKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full design process across multiple projectsCoordinate technical information between internal teams and external consultantsEnsure all necessary approvals are obtained from stakeholders and local authorities, including section agreements and service applicationsProvide technical input during feasibility and throughout the construction phaseManage the timely distribution of design information ..... full job details .....
