The initial project is an -18m defence scheme at Thorney Island, near Portsmouth , comprising a mix of new-build and refurbishment works including a two-storey office block, new armoury, gym and changing facilities, together with associated external works. The scheme has been progressing through preconstruction and is due to start on site in January , followed by an approximately 18-month construction programme . Working within a live operational environment, you will manage the design through the remaining preconstruction phase and into delivery, coordinating consultants, subcontractor design and the wider construction team. .
