Design Manager

Design Manager Location: London Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our London team, delivering high-quality commercial workplace fit out projects across the capital. This role will focus on managing the design process from early-stage cut and carve refurbishments through to the delivery of premium CAT A and CAT B office fit outs. Working closely with clients, consultants, architects and project delivery teams, you will ensure designs are coordinated, buildable and delivered to programme while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the design process from pre-construction through to project completion. Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and subcontractors. Manage design information, RFIs, technical queries and design changes. Ensure designs are compliant with statutory regulations, planning requirements and building standards. Review design proposals for buildability, programme, quality and commercial viability. Work collaboratively with project managers, commercial teams and site teams to achieve successful project delivery. Chair design workshops and coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor design progress against programme and proactively manage design risks.
