The role: Due to ongoing successful awards and a strong flow tenders, this is a new position joining an established design team. As a Design Manager you will be based in the Kent office supporting them in tendering and delivering a variety or Design and Build along with Traditional contracts which feature large contractors designer portions Your day to day role will include: Analyse enquiry documents Management and delivery of design information and design process during pre-construction and throughout the construction phase. Production of design programmes, design scopes, design responsibility matrices, appointments and schedules. Management and coordination of external consultants. Drive innovation and Value Engineering to maximise value to clients and ensuring profit targets are achieved.
