As a business they focus on refurbishment and cut and carve projects from £5m to £30m in construction value all based in London and the South East. They are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer (Or existing Structural Design Manager) to manage the design of the projects, liaising with the sub-contractors, design consultants and internal clients to deliver the projects on time and to budget. This is not a design focused role, this is a Project management / liaison role for someone coming from a Structural Engineering background. The role will require you to manage the design and co-ordination of both permanent and temporary works, making recommendations to clients, consultancies and contractors whilst ensuring they are delivered upon through the process.
