Leading MandE Contractor | Major Projects Across Multiple Sectors

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Design Manager to join a well-established and highly successful MandE contractor with a strong pipeline of projects.

Working closely with both the design and delivery teams, you will play a key role in managing the design process from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring information is coordinated, communicated effectively, and delivered in line with programme requirements.

The business delivers a diverse range of projects across the commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and new-build sectors, providing exposure to complex and technically challenging schemes.

The Role

As Design Manager, you will act as the vital link between the design team and site operations, ensuring the smooth flow of information throughout the project lifecycle. You will coordinate design activities, manage design programmes, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
