We are looking for an experienced and proactive Design Manager to join the Swindon team and drive project success from pre-construction through to site completion.The RoleAs a Design Manager, you will be the core link between clients, external design teams, supply chain, and project delivery managers. You will take ownership of the design process, ensuring all schemes are buildable, cost-effective, compliant with statutory requirements, and delivered on schedule.The scheme is a 15 million project at Tidworth and is currently in a PCSA.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Construction and Tendering: Review employer''s requirements, assess design risks, propose value engineering solutions, and assist with technical submissions during tenders.Design Coordination: Lead and manage external design consultants, ensuring their deliverables align with the project scope, budget, and procurement program.Site Delivery and Compliance: Work ..... full job details .....
