The Role The Design Manager will be focus on delivering high-rise residential and mixed-use developments across the West Midlands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design process from tender through to project completion, ensuring designs are compliant, buildable, and delivered in line with programme, cost, and quality objectives.
