DESIGN MANAGER REQUIRED ON PERMANENT BASIS IN NORTH WEST (MANCHESTER) FOR A MAIN CONTRACTORI am assisting my client with an exciting opportunity for a Design Manager to join a leading main contractor. The business undertakes projects in various sectors including Commercial, Education, MOJ/MOD projects with values ranging between 10m and 30mAs Design Manager you will be responsible for managing projects to ensure their safe completion, in accordance with programme, specification, and budget.Salary: 55,000 - 70,000 + PackageKey Responsibilities:Oversee design processes during pre-construction and, when necessary, construction phases. Analyse and interpret Employer''s Requirements documents.
