We''re looking for a Design Manager to head up our Leeds Design Office, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient design solutions across a wide range of projects.The RoleAs Design Manager, you will take ownership of the Leeds Design Office, driving operational performance, managing resources, and ensuring design outputs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with internal teams, external consultants, and site teams to provide buildable, compliant and cost-effective solutions.This is a leadership role focused on project management and design coordination - while a strong technical understanding is required, you won''t need to be a practising designer.
