OverviewWe’re looking for a Design Manager with a proven track record of designing successful bid-stage (and beyond) propositions for high-quality, high-rise residential developments in London. You’ll be developing our pipeline of future schemes—all in London, but each unique.

Responsibilities

Create compelling designs for each site in collaboration with sales, marketing and delivery teams

Learn about the cost and logistics of a scheme; be hands-on with drawing and delivering

Iterate and continuously improve through optioneering, crafting layouts that stand out

Balance the complexities of London developments while reviewing and assessing scheme designs with Development Directors

Engage with planning applications and refine layouts to be suitable for residents

Challenge norms in a positive, solutions-focused team of 3, where reputation and quality count

Qualifications

At least five years post-Part 3 experience

Experience working on RIBA Stages 0-3 for high-rise, high-end projects in London

Ability to challenge constructively, run feasibility studies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
