We''re recruiting on behalf of an award-winning regional contractor with an exceptional reputation across the Midlands.

Delivering projects from -250k to -30m across education, healthcare, commercial, residential, leisure and public sector markets, our client continues to grow and is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to strengthen their Wolverhampton team.

The Role

Managing design from pre-construction through to completion, coordinating consultants and subcontractors, leading design meetings, managing technical compliance and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on programme.

About You

• Previous Design Management experience with a UK main contractor.
• Strong technical construction knowledge.
• Experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
