Due to this continued growth they now require a high calibre Design Manager to join their team on a 60m residential new build in Clapham. The ideal candidate will already possess: A minimum of 8 years construction design management experience. Large scale new build residential project experience. Main contractor or large scale developer experience. Technical background. Relevant industry qualifications. In return for the above, our client will offer a salary in the range of 90k- 100k, depending on experience.
