Due to continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our team with the appointment of an additional Design Manager to help manage our Design & Build contracts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in design management within the construction industry, with experience across both building fabric and M&E services. The role will primarily involve managing and coordinating design information produced by subcontractors and consultants from pre-construction and tender stages through to delivery, handover and completion. The successful candidate will not generally be undertaking full detailed design in-house, but will be expected to provide design input on smaller elements where these fall between subcontractor and consultant design packages.
