Due to continuous growth, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager within the interior fit out / joinery market. This role is ideal for an individual capable of managing 3-4 external CAD technicians/junior designers. You will be client-facing, demonstrating excellent time management skills and the ability to maximize team productivity under tight deadlines to meet client expectations. The role also requires confident communication of ideas, processes, and experience to support the department''s development. You will report directly to the operations director, with opportunities to oversee and shape the design department.Requirements

Senior Design Managers from a specialist joinery background with experience in commercial fit-out projects are encouraged to apply.The role is based at the head office in Harrow, with projects in Central London.Must be fully competent in overseeing projects from pre-construction to handover, managing all design aspects.Rewards and Benefits
