The project is a £16M 45 residential apartment project consisting of 2 blocks. Initially this will be a site based role in Lambeth. This is a project-based and office-based role, working closely with the wider construction and project teams to manage and coordinate the design process from start to finish. The role will suit a Design Manager with strong residential experience who is confident taking ownership of the design process and coordinating multiple disciplines, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
