Responsibilities
Leading design consultant activities and ensuring timely delivery
Chairing design reviews and managing interface meetings
Ensuring compliance with contract and quality standards
Managing design schedules, reporting, and document control
Supporting change management and assurance processes
Qualifications
Strong experience in both construction and design
Minimum 12 months in a design consultancy or temporary works role
Understanding of Principal Designer duties and ERIC principles
Ability to deputise for the Project Manager when required
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
