      <description>Location: Greater London | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Our client is a specialist fa-ade and building envelope contractor delivering technically detailed fa-ade packages across the commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors.  Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Design Manager to oversee the design process from tender stage through to construction and handover. This role would suit someone with strong fa-ade, cladding, curtain walling or external envelope experience who can manage design teams, coordinate technical information and liaise confidently with clients, consultants and project teams.
