Design Manager Hospitality and Leisure Projects Gloucestershire Hybrid 4 Days Office and 1 Day Home WorkingA growing hospitality and leisure business is looking to appoint a Design Manager to lead its in-house design function during an exciting period of expansion and investment.Working closely with senior project and operational stakeholders, you''ll oversee the design and delivery of refurbishment, development and interior fit-out projects across a portfolio of premium hospitality and leisure venues. The role will manage a small team of design professionals and play a key role in shaping guest experience, design standards and brand consistency.Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop an in-house design team of 3-4 professionalsManage hospitality refurbishment and development projects from concept to deliveryReview and approve design schemes, specifications and drawingsEnsure consistency of brand standards across all projectsCollaborate with project, development and operational teamsManage relationships with external architects, consultants and suppliersDrive innovation and continuous improvement across the design functionBalance operational requirements, guest experience and commercial objectivesAbout You: Interior Design, Architectural Design or similar backgroundExperience managing people or mentoring junior team membersHospitality, hotel, leisure, retail or commercial interiors experienceStrong stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects ..... full job details .....
