This is a significant -300m+ mixed-use development , forming part of a much larger regeneration programme. The scheme will incorporate substantial residential accommodation alongside education, leisure, retail and community facilities . As Senior Design Manager, you will take a leading role in managing the design delivery of the project, working closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors and wider project team to ensure the design is coordinated, buildable and delivered to programme.
