Offices have onsite free parking.The RoleWe are looking for a Design Manager who has hands-on skills and oversees the design process for a project from concept to completion. You will lead a team of designers and artworkers to create packaging designs and general marketing artworks that meet the project specifications and client expectationsJob ResponsibilitiesManage the design and artworker teams, motivate and encourage them to produce their best workManage the design process to ensure designs and artwork are produced on time and to a high qualityImprove design processes to enhance efficiency and qualityWork with the wider teams to understand requirements and obligationsEnsure all pack designs and artwork, meet current legislation, standards and code of practicesDevelop and maintain a corporate style in line with international identity guidelines, ensuring the brands remain fresh and relevantContributing to artwork/design projects with planning and coordination with key stakeholder engagement.Has solid experience with Adobe software, InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoshopMaintain a rigorous job tracking system providing reports and information as and when requiredTake a pro - active approach to researching ..... full job details .....
