Design Manager

Design/Technical Manager Property Services and Construction Up to £80,000 PLus Package Our Client, a national construction contractor, are currently seeking a Design/Technical Manager to join their pre construction division. As a business, they are going currently delivering construction, cladding remediation, planned maintenance and retrofit contracts across the UK. They typically deliver on large stand along projects and long term partnering frameworks with private clients and housing associations. The successful candidate will need to have high standards and expectations and they need to be people focused, be able to get results through building relationships and creating an environment where people can thrive. Be Able to create good relationships with clients, make sure they are aware of their responsibilities and reduce the impact of client delays. Lastly, this person needs to be a driver and be able to lead from the front. Key responsibilities will be: Be our technical lead on all PCSA s. Manage the design and technical process from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring information is coordinated, buildable, compliant, and issued in line with the programme.Work closely with the design team to set out clear expectations at the onset of the PCSA through design deliverables schedules.
