MB930: Design ManagerLocation: WorkingtonSalary: £60,000 - £70,000 + £5,750 Car AllowanceWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekAdditional Company Benefits: Exceptional Career Development Opportunities, Company Car/Car Allowance (Depending on job grade), Pension matched up to 8%, 25 days annual leave plus holiday (opportunity to buy/sell leave will be implemented from January 2026), Private medical insurance, Free 24/7 EAPOverview:First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic national construction business who are looking to recruit a Design Manager on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Workington depot.Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the process, resolution and communication of all design queries as part of the project.Review contract requirements and ensure compliance with requirements.Raise requests for further information internally and externally from the whole project team.Collaborate in the preparation of design programmes.Manage communication with the Client design representative throughout the contract period.Produce monthly reports on design progress and any other design-specific elements.Manage and update the design deliverable schedule.Review all design deliverables and ensure that they are completed to the expected standard.
