You will lead the engineering design phase for complex systems across major tech hubs in Watford and Slough. Key Responsibilities Design Leadership: Oversee the creation of fully compliant, end-to-end fire suppression (gas/water mist) and detection system designs. Technical Compliance: Ensure all drawings strictly adhere to British Standards (BS 5839, BS EN 12845), LPC rules, and NFPA guidelines. BIM Coordination: Manage the integration of fire system designs into 3D BIM models, resolving clashes with other MEP services.
