A Design Manager opportunity to work with a well known tier 1 main contractor working on a -50M new build school project. Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a main contractor in their search for a Design Manager to join their design team. This is an opportunity to be based on site. As Design Manager, you will benefit from working with the existing technical team and have full support from a Design Director. Our client works on new build, cut & carve as well as CAT A and B fit out. For this role you must have main contracting or developer experience, as well as experience working on schools or DFE framework.
