They are a trusted and award-winning company known for excellence in construction, turning spaces into works of art.On this project you will be the Design lead across a £35M Cat A/B conversion of a historic building in Liverpool into an office development with a restaurant and social space within. You’ll be at the forefront of the design process from pre-construction through to handover, working alongside the Project and Commercial team to ensure the project\''s success.Key Responsibilities

Leading and managing the design process from inception to completionIntegrating architectural vision with practical construction needsCoordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless design integrationEnsuring all design aspects align with project specifications, budgets, and timelinesOverseeing design-related documentation, approvals, and regulatory complianceCollaborating with the project management team to deliver a high-quality, innovative, and functional interiors projectsQualifications and Experience
