The company delivers complex external wall remediation and re-cladding schemes, including high-rise residential buildings requiring Building Safety Regulator Gateway approval. This position requires someone with substantial experience engaging with the BSR and managing the technical challenges associated with higher-risk buildings. Key Responsibilities: Manage the design process across multiple fa ade remediation and re-cladding projects. Lead engagement with the Building Safety Regulator throughout Gateway submissions and approvals. Coordinate the information required for initial BSR submissions. Manage and respond to technical RFIs raised by the BSR, clients and project teams. Identify design risks and provide practical, compliant solutions.
