My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast-growing workload.As a result of securing further new projects, this employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Design Manager to work on multi-million-pound Data Centre projects.

REQUIREMENTS:To be considered for this Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria:

- Knowledge of Building Sector.- Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, DandB Coordinator, DandB Manager, Design Manager. -Architecture or Design Engineering backgrounds also considered.- Previous experience on Data Centre projects is essential.-Role will involve a mix of Tender stage and live works duties- Ideally previous Main Contractor employment.- High level of communication skills.- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).- Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide.REMUNERATION:The successful Design Manager will receive:
