This role requires someone capable of taking the lead from day one, managing multiple projects, overcoming technical challenges, and building strong relationships with clients, consultants and project teams. The Role The Design Manager will take full responsibility for coordinating and managing the design process across multiple refurbishment and remediation projects, ensuring design information is delivered on programme, within budget and fully compliant with statutory requirements.
