Design Manager

Elliot Scott Group are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their Bristol team.

Role Overview

• Manage the full design process from tender to delivery.

• Coordinate architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Ensure designs meet DfE output specifications and building regulations.

• Lead design workshops and technical reviews.

• Identify risks and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Design Manager within main contracting.

• Experience working with DfE frameworks is highly desirable.

• Exposure to CF17 schemes would be an advantage (not essential).

• Tier 1 contractor experience preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
