Design Manager – Industrial & Commercial Projects
M4 Corridor (Reading, Wokingham, Slough) + 1–2 days/week in Kent HQ (if required)
£75,000 – £95,000 DOE + Travel Allowance, Private Healthcare, Pension & Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing As Design Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the design and technical coordination of multiple live and pre-construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading design reviews and ensuring technical compliance.
• Managing consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Overseeing technical submissions, approvals, and design outputs.
• Acting as the key link between client, design, and delivery teams.
• Proactively resolving design challenges to keep projects moving smoothly.

You’ll play a critical role in delivering fast-paced, complex projects — ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction from concept to completion.
