Design Manager

I am working alongside a Multi-Regional Contractor who have recently secured a -50m BTR scheme in the centre of Bristol. They are keen to add a talented Technical Coordinator/Design Manager to help support the project with a view to following on and running your own project afterwards.

Key deliverables:

• Overseeing the design process for all regional projects.
• Offering design assistance to the Project Management and Estimation teams.
• Facilitating design team meetings and workshops.
• Ensuring Technical Queries and RFIs are accurately and promptly addressed for the supply chain involved in all relevant projects.
• Ensuring that all planning-related considerations are addressed and a clear plan for obtaining necessary approvals is established before tender submission, highlighting any associated risks or costs.
• Collaborating closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
