The business delivers façade packages valued between £1m-£10m across both new build and re-cladding projects, working with leading main contractors throughout London. The Role Managing façade design from pre-construction through to completion. Coordinating architects, consultants, structural engineers and specialist suppliers. Reviewing drawings and technical submissions. Managing RFIs, design changes and approvals. Ensuring designs comply with Building Regulations and project specifications. Supporting project delivery teams throughout construction. Rewards & Benefits £65,000 - £85,000 salary. Car allowance. Pension. Annual bonus. Excellent career progression.
