A well-established and growing workplace design & build specialist is seeking a talented Design Manager to join its team. Operating across the UK, the business delivers high-quality, turnkey office environments for a diverse portfolio of clients, from concept through to completion.

The Opportunity This is a key role within a collaborative and design-led organisation, where you will take ownership of the design process across multiple workplace projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure creative, functional, and commercially viable solutions are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process from initial brief through to project delivery
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into innovative workplace solutions
• Coordinate internal and external design teams, including consultants and suppliers
• Ensure designs align with project budgets, timelines, and technical requirements
• Oversee space planning, technical detailing, and design development
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle

• Proven experience in a Design Manager or senior design role within workplace design & build / fit-out
• Strong understanding of office interiors, space planning, and project delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Commercially aware with a detail-oriented approach
• Proficient in relevant design software and technical coordination

• Salary up to £70,000 (depending on experience)
