Are you a Design Manager with experience working within the Commercial refurbishment and fitout sector looking for a new opportunity? We are now in the market for a intermediate Design Manager to join a leading contractor in London, offering a broad range of services including structural and envelope intervention, detail and build, traditional contracting particularly focusing on refurbishment and fitout projects typically ranging from £500k to over £20million. LONDON BASED Office and Site based Paying up to £80,000 + package Due to rapid growth and key structuring across the brand, establishing three divisions they are now looking for a Design Manager to work alongside the Principal Design Lead running vertical across the business. Their in-house designers seamlessly integrate with existing professional teams, providing everything from full design and build services to light-touch coordination, all while retaining the design intent. Reporting into the Senior Design Manager and Principal Design Lead you will collaborate with the design team for technical solutions and pitching support With the understanding of building processes and procedures against building regulations.
