Experience of delivering major construction projects, ideally in excess of -60m, would be advantageous. As a key member of the Project Leadership Team, you will be responsible for managing the design process from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring designs are coordinated, buildable, compliant and delivered in line with programme, budget and client expectations. Essential Experience managing the design process on large-scale construction projects. Strong understanding of design coordination across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines. Experience administering design programmes and managing consultant teams. Knowledge of Building Regulations, planning requirements and statutory approvals. Ability to identify and mitigate design risks while driving value engineering opportunities. Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Desirable Experience working under NEC forms of contract.
