They are currently growing their Design team with a new Design Manager to work on projects up to c. 20m in single value.The business has demonstrated sustained and strategic growth over the past 10 years, positioning itself as an employer of choice with a rewarding culture and a strong track record of investing in employees'' personal and professional development.The large majority of their projects are secured from local frameworks and are largely Design and Build contracts.Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for technical compliance and design management at procurement stages, and monitor on-site design coordination across one or two projects.
