They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel, student accommodation, retail and mixed use projects. They now require a high calibre Design Manager to join their team on a 40m residential new build in Henley-on-Thames. The ideal candidate will already possess: A minimum of 8 years construction design experience. Large scale new build residential project experience. Main contracting career experience - advantage. Stable career history (ie good length of engagement) Relevant industry qualifications. Salary is negotiable on experience, but will be competitive.
