Design Management role - Interior Architect/Architect with Revit skills

We’re looking for a talented, workplace-focused Interior Architect/Architect with strong Revit skills who’s ready to take the next step in their career and transition into Design Management. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop and deliver innovative workplace design solutions. You’ll be responsible for producing and reviewing Revit-based design documentation, supporting the journey from concept through to completion, and ensuring that design intent is maintained throughout the process.As you grow within the role, you’ll begin to take on more responsibilities typical of a Design Manager—overseeing design quality, coordinating with project teams, and managing stakeholder expectations.You’ll join a collaborative, design-led team with a clear pathway into Design Management. Produce and review Revit-based design documentation from concept through to completion.Maintain design intent across the design development process.Support transition from design concept to construction documentation and delivery.Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop innovative workplace design solutions.Assist in growing into Design Management responsibilities, including design quality oversight and stakeholder coordination.Qualifications

Approximately 5 years of experience in commercial interiors or workplace design.Strong proficiency in Revit and understanding of BIM workflows.Excellent communication skills, highly organized, and committed to creating spaces that support productivity, wellbeing, and collaboration.Willingness to grow into Design Manager responsibilities and to work within a collaborative, design-led team.Benefits and Culture
