Contract: Design LeadHybrid (2 days on-site as needed) £550/day (Outside IR35) 12 months+We''re looking for an experienced Design Lead to drive the end-to-end design of a new student management solution. This role will shape integrations across CRM, LMS, and student record systems in a large-scale Higher Education transformation.What you''ll do Lead design across CRM, LMS, and student systems.Mentor Business Analysts and ensure high-quality requirements.Run workshops with global stakeholders across business and IT.Translate requirements into design artefacts, user stories, and Agile deliverables.Ensure solutions align with the student lifecycle, policies, and architecture principles.Champion user-centred design with a strong focus on UX and accessibility. What we''re looking for Strong design leadership on large-scale CRM/ERP/student systems programmes.Knowledge of the student lifecycle and Higher Education processes.Hands-on with Salesforce, Canvas LMS, and SITS (Tribal).Skilled in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and design tools (Lucidchart/Miro). Nice to have HESA, GDPR and Higher Education regulatory knowledge.UX/UI and accessibility (WCAG) expertise.API-first, Azure, and integration experience.
