Project Manager/Design Lead St Asaph - hybrid working up to 55k DOEWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Design Lead to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex water and wastewater projects. This role involves working across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure design excellence, compliance, and timely delivery of project objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the project planner to create, maintain, and update detailed design management schedules.Develop and oversee the design deliverables plan with the project team, ensuring all upstream and downstream technical requirements are captured.Support supplier and subcontractor engagement, reviewing tenders for compliance and technical accuracy.Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.Assist in the preparation of scheme tender designs and contribute to cost estimation to ensure timely submission.Manage design documentation, including tracking design queries and requests for information (TQ/RFI).Liaise with clients to ensure design solutions meet requirements and comply with CDM regulations.Facilitate and participate in hazard studies, ensuring appropriate expertise is involved to support robust design decisions.Maintain and update the design risk register, highlighting key technical risks as they emerge.Ensure designs prioritize safety and that all health, safety, and CDM considerations are clearly documented.Stay current with engineering standards, client ..... full job details .....
