On behalf of our client, we are seeking to Design Integrator on an initial 12-month contract. As a Design Integrator, you will support activities and technical topics across the team, and with the wider operational / engineering stakeholders, to meet the needs of the Wide Body programme. You will be working within the Wing Plant Engineering Team (PET) we are looking to appoint a Wide Body Wing Integrator, responsible for supporting the A330 and A350 Build Support / Non-Conformance team
Role: Design Integrator
Pay: Up to -52 per hour Via Umbrella
Location: Broughton
Contract: Monday- Friday, 35Hours per week, 12Month contract
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance: BPSS
Responsibilities
- Lead projects and activities through the best standard of performance management to ensure the technical solutions are right first time and ensure a full E2E solution is enabled for design changes
- Act as the link between Engineering and Operations, ensuring co-design solutions which are suitable for the industrial system whilst maintaining an engineering, and most importantly, a customer perspective
- Identify synergies between the specific PET sections to ensure current pain points, repeat issues, and a design for build ethos is enhanced
- Support the prioritisation of Engineering responses to operational issues, and manage engineering suppliers to achieve these prioritised deliverables.
- Provide proactive product improvement which supports modifications to reduce Recurring Costs, Non-Recurring Costs and Non-Conformances throughout the value stream.

- Engineering Degree or equivalent
