The successful applicant must have a design background, as they will support technical design investigations within the team for improvement projects, and will act as the main interface for the team to the key stakeholders - namely the Operations management teams, and key engineering stakeholders. The role will provide an excellent opportunity for a committed person to further develop their technical and leadership skills in a positive and supportive team environment. They will also develop relationships with functions such as Manufacturing Engineering, to promote a true co-design ethos.
