Design Engineers

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Principal Civil Engineer, you will:Lead end-to-end project delivery, taking responsibility for health and safety, technical delivery, quality, programme, and budget.Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.Help shape how we deliver our services, spotting opportunities to bring in complementary capability from the wider WSP UK and international business.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring our work meets agreed outcomes and delivers a high level of customer satisfaction.Support the development and implementation of new ways of working, including innovative approaches, new services, and digital solutions.Contribute to the delivery of our Future Ready and Net Zero programme.Promote best practice across the Asset Design team and support client-led initiatives.Support bid work, including input into proposals, resourcing plans, and budget development.Line manage, mentor, and support the development of graduate engineers and degree apprentices.Assist with recruitment activity and the continued growth of the civil engineering team.Continue to develop your technical expertise and strengthen your leadership and management skills.What we''re looking forYou''ll be able to demonstrate:A degree in Civil Engineering.Chartered status, or strong progress towards professional membership (ICE or CIWEM).Proven experience leading engineering design teams, including civil engineers and supporting disciplines.Track ..... full job details .....
