Working closely with the Project Director and collaborating with QA, planning, and shop floor teams, you will play a key role in delivering complete engineering packages from 3D design and detailed drawings through to third-party inspection sign-off and final acceptance testing. My client is offering: A salary of 35,000 - 45,000 depending on experience 25 days holiday + bank holidays Flexitime and hybrid working policies Standard company pension contribution Responsibilities of the Mechanical Design Engineer: Produce 3D GA design drawings using Autodesk Inventor Create detailed 2D construction drawings using AutoCAD Assist in delivering complete pressure vessel or skid package designs from concept to manufacture Produce tagging and nameplate drawings, and BOMs for procurement Liaise with Project Director and attend customer project meetings Collaborate with QA, planning, and shopfloor teams internally Coordinate with Third Party Inspection Authorities for drawing/calculation approvals Contribute to hazard analysis, risk assessment...
