This is an excellent opportunity for a Design Engineer with strong CAD experience to work on technically challenging projects within a collaborative and fast-paced engineering environment.Design Engineer, RotherhamThe new Design Engineer will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, project-specific designs and achieve technical approvals throughout the project lifecycle. The role will be based in Rotherham and will involve creating detailed engineering drawings, supporting manufacturing and installation teams, and attending design review meetings where required. You will play a key role in ensuring designs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with industry standards and customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk InventorCreate detailed general arrangement drawings, fabrication drawings, CNC drawings, steelwork and structural layoutsMaintain and manage project drawings through VaultSupport manufacturing and construction feasibility reviewsProduce manufacturing lists and technical documentationLiaise with Sales, Contracts, Manufacturing and Installation teams regarding technical requirementsSupport site teams with installation and construction ..... full job details .....
